2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after [9:30 to 6:30] will be processed on the next business day.
  • In case of any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please check the tracking details. If the tracking information is unavailable or your package appears lost, contact us immediately.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Customer unavailability

The order may be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply for a second delivery attempt.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging or item.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  3. Provide your order number and details.

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
